I’ve been using soda crystals for a few years. I’ve use it to keep the drains clear and to get the most from my laundry detergent. I’ve also used to use it to clean the greasy gas hob, although I’ve now switched to an induction hob that is much easier to keep clean. It’s very useful, effective stuff, and doesn’t contain phosphates, enzymes or bleach, so it’s gentler on the environment than many of the detergents available these days.
I’ve now tried Liquid Soda Crystals in a trigger spray bottle, and am even more impressed. It’s very good in the bathroom. Bath rings are no match for it, and it leaves taps and porcelain beautifully shiny. It works brilliantly on windows, tiles and mirrors too. There are no nasty fumes to breathe, but you do need to protect your hands with rubber gloves if you are going to have more than fleeting contact with it or it could irritate your skin.
