vegboxschemes.jpgThis is the time of the year when the allotment produce wanes and I look elsewhere to make up the difference between what we need to eat and what I’m able to grow. I’m not the only one in this situation, and so I wanted to draw attention to a very clever little (and growing) site called Veg Box Schemes, that tells you who your nearest “local vegetable delivery operative” is and how you can get in touch with them. The site is fairly new, and so does not yet provide an exhaustive list of the schemes out there. But you could help, by visiting the site and submitting your local veg box delivery scheme to the site for someone else to find.

Veg Box Schemes
is run by two friends with a passion for local food.

It’s free to list your environmentally conscious business in the Eco Street directory!
