Hi Guys -

To clarify:
Theo is a Fair Trade and Organic certified _Roaster_ of Chocolate ie: we make chocolate from the raw bean.

At this time, all our Fair trade and organic certified brothers and sisters are buying chocolate from Europe or Origin country that has already been.... made into chocolate! They are melting down the liquor or couverture, adding their own special ingredients, and selling it under their brand name.

Making chocolate is a difficult and time consuming process! It takes a lot of time and effort to make chocolate from scratch, and we are proud of our hard work!

Best,
Kiki

Technically, Dagoba came first, but looking at one of their wrappers, they say nothing about being fair-trade, at least not certified. Splitting hairs. Anyway, great to hear that the demand for organic/fair-trade chocolate is a healthy and growing one!
