		<description>Well done that fire station! Now I wonder what the cost of the planning application was and how long the turbine needs to run before that bit of legislation is paid back? Then there's the VAT, okay its only 5% on renewable energy equipment, but still an expense. 

Do we really need this serious disincentive? I thought the Government wanted to encourage renewable energy! 

Even so, its good to see a branch of a local authority actually making an effort like this, it might encourage others.</description>
