London based boutique electronics company, Hulger, is searching for a producer for their latest design project, the Plumen low-energy light bulb. They were designed to counter the ugliness of CFLs that are currently available, and are objects d’art in their own right. No need to hide these babies under a bushel lampshade.

biocare_bathroom.gifI’ve been using Biocare bathroom cleaner for around six months. It’s the best eco-friendly bathroom cleaner in my opinion (I’ve tried a few) and certainly one that handles limescale without fail, which was where I feel that some products that I’ve tried in the past have fallen down. It contains tea tree oil for germ-busting and hygienic cleaning of the toilet seat and rim. The smell is not too overpowering, and doesn’t leave you coughing and wheezing. I’m very happy with this product, and would happily recommend it. I buy Biocare bathroom cleaner at Sainsburys and haven’t seen it in any other supermarkets.

Please leave a comment if you know of any other places where you can buy it.
