I’ve come across a loads of people who just aren’t into recycling. You ask them why and they’ll have reasons ranging from, “there’s so much waste being produced that what I can do won’t even make a dent in it”, to “recycling is far more expensive than landfilling”. While this blog post is unlikely to change these people’s minds, it does make for some interesting contemplating.

greenthing.jpggreen thing is an online community that encourages you (by sending you hilarious videos) to do something green every month. October’s green thing is to walk, once (you can do it more often if you want to). Sign up for your video reminders to do a green thing, and then all you need to do is do it, monthly.

This is the sort of thing video you’ll have to look forward to, if you decide to do the green thing.
